Welcome to my site. If you've never been here, then I'll begin with some background info. I'm from Louisiana, but I live in San Diego now. The story of how I got to where I am isn't a short one, but it is by no means a Great American Novel. In a nutshell, I moved out West after finishing college at LSU. The process of figuring out what I wanted to do in life led me to a career in education and technology in San Diego. While this much abridged version skims over many important details, I've found that leaving out verbose descriptions of my graduate work as well as my recount of the time I saw a raccoon get caught in a ski lift is the best "all of the people, all of the time" approach.

After a stint as a classroom teacher, I now work in the field of education technology full time. Sometimes what I do is called instructional design, sometimes it's called human performance technology, many times with friends and family, however, it's just called tech support. I've done work for the San Diego County Office of Education where I currently work as a project manager/instructional designer, the CSU San Marcos ILAST program, San Diego State University and various other organizations. I'm the president of San Diego Computer Using Educators (CUE), a board member of the Innovative Video in Education (iVIE) program.

But enough about me,

In addition to my contact information, this website contains a brief summary of my work and a little about what else is going on in my life (example: I'm gonna be a dad soon!).
